3. Via our contact management system

What data?

If you are registered with us as an athlete or coach or if you have contacted us as an existing or potential business partner, we will collect the following data from you in our contact management system:

For what purpose?

This personal data is collected for the purpose of maintaining contact with you. We record when we exchanged which business information with you.

The contact management is carried out with the customer management system called ActiveCampaign. This customer management system is offered by ActiveCampaign, Inc., 1 N Dearborn St., 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60602, USA (“ActiveCampaign”).

Your data will be transmitted to ActiveCampaign in the USA to carry out contact management. 4. When you subscribe to our newsletter

What data?

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect and process the following personal data:

First name, surname, email address, language, role / function, status (subscribed / unsubscribed), time of registration, engagement (opening rate, clicks, etc.), data from the IT system, IP address, date of registration.

For what purpose?

We process your personal data in order to send you our regular newsletters with information about Azum, new services, products and services from third-party providers, Azum events and similar content.

We use ActiveCampaign, a service of ActiveCampaign, Inc., 1 N Dearborn St., 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60602, USA (“ActiveCampaign”) to send the newsletter.

Your data will be forwarded by ActiveCampaign to the USA for sending the newsletter. We have concluded standard contractual clauses with ActiveCampaign and have carried out a risk assessment to ensure the security of your personal data, as the data is transmitted outside of Switzerland and the European Union.

The newsletter sent via ActiveCampaign contains a so-called tracking pixel, also known as a web beacon. With the help of this tracking pixel, we can evaluate whether and when you have read our newsletter and whether you have followed any further links contained in the newsletter. In addition to other technical data, such as the data of your EDP system and your IP address, the data processed is stored so that we can optimize our newsletter offer and respond to the wishes of the readers. The data are therefore used to increase the quality and attractiveness of our newsletter offer.

To ensure that we include your email address in our newsletter distribution list again after you have unsubscribed from the newsletter, we also save your data for one after you unsubscribe limited period and a maximum of 24 months. We process the data to carry out the online meeting for which you have registered.

In order for us to be able to offer our Azum services for athletes and coaches, the following data must be communicated to us:

How long will your data be kept?


Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it was collected.

Athletes and self-coaches can delete their health data immediately at any time using the delete button in Azum. From this point on, they are no longer visible to other users. Coaches can contact Azum Support to have their company account deleted within 24 hours.

On our servers at hosttech GmbH based in Switzerland, the data will be deleted after 24 hours. < / p>

The retention period within the framework, contact management, newsletter dispatch, webinars and online meetings can be found in Chapter II, Section 3- 6.

We keep the data relating to website security and optimization for a maximum of 24 months.
