You can access the detailed view of the completed training sessions via the summary in the Agenda, the bar chart in Monitoring or by clicking on the small chart symbol in the activity list in the Monitoring.
The detailed view shows you selected key performance indicators, a map, a graphical representation of the most important parameters, lap times / performances, an analysis of the intensity distribution as well as the heart rate and pace or power curves.
If you want to take a closer look at individual sections of a training session, you can zoom into the curves. After zooming in, you can click on the crossed arrows at the top left to fast-forward or rewind.
You can get even more detailed and in-depth insights by exporting the FIT files and analysing them with specialised third-party software. You can find out more about exporting files here.
