Select an athlete and open the Agenda. Click on the desired field and select “Add training”. The “Training Editor” helps you to compile the training.
Click on the “+” and select a sport, a unit, the intensity and if required an exercise.
You can add more intervals by clicking on the curled arrow. You create the interval breaks by clicking on the small blue “+”.
On the right side you see the composition of the training. In the lower part of the window you can add a title and a comment to the training.
Click on “Save” when you are finished.
The planning in Azum is based on training modules, which we also call sport codes. If you are familiar with them, you can plan workouts very efficiently using the “Training Code”. The codes are built in such a way that power, pace or heart rate information is dynamically adjusted to the stored intensity profile of the respective athlete.
