Click on the “Templates” tab in the Agenda to access your saved training and nutrition sessions/plans.
You can now search for entire plans or individual sets (sets are the individual components of plans, read more about them here). Use keywords or set filters to simplify your search.

When you have found the template you want, drag and drop it into the agenda. Now enter the start date in the calendar that opens. Practical for templates lasting several weeks: You can also see when the template ends.

Once you have selected a plan, you can click on “Advanced” to display the individual components (training sets) of the plan.

Click on “Add” when you are finished.
